Initially founded as an E-commerce business, Carolina Soul has now been going strong for more than a decade. We also have a brick & mortar shop in downtown Durham, but most of our team focuses on E-commerce at our headquarters in Northwest Durham. Through our online sales-—most notably our weekly eBay auctions---we've become an internationally-known seller of vintage vinyl, regularly sending out orders to customers in more than 50 different countries around the globe. Our musical specialties are far-ranging; through this job you'll have a chance to handle many genres, including and definitely not limited to: Soul, Jazz, Rock, Garage, Psych, Rockabilly, Boogie, Disco, Hip-Hop, Gospel and much more!
Whether you're just beginning to learn about the exciting medium of vinyl or are an experienced collector, we invite you to apply to join our team. Our entry-level positions focus on cleaning, photography, and preparing sample recordings plus order fulfillment. If you're coming to us with greater experience, please reach out to talk to us about possible duties. Part-time and full-time positions are both available, with full-time employees being eligible for a number of benefits.
